YES Classic Martini
- 3 oz. YES Vodka
- A touch of dry vermouth or neat
Stir vermouth with ice in a chilled mixing glass. Remove the excess water and vermouth and add vodka. Stir until chilled and strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a single pitted olive.

It's a classic YES Vodka & Tonic, but stripped down. No lime. Instead a "dash" of bitters for a healthy glow.
