- 1 oz. YES Vodka
- 1 oz. Creme De Cacao
- 1 oz. Creme De Menthe
- 1 oz. cream
- 1 oz. milk
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with chocolate rim
